Position: General Construction & Property Maintenance Worker

Job Summary

The employee will be responsible for carrying out general construction, renovation, cleaning, gardening, and property maintenance duties as required by the company and its clients.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with house and property renovation work.
• Carry out general masonry and construction tasks.
• Assist with kitchen installation and fitting.
• Perform basic plumbing and maintenance work.
• Carry out painting, repairs, and finishing work.
• Perform cleaning and general property maintenance.
• Cut grass and maintain lawns.
• Carry out garden maintenance, trimming, and general outdoor work.
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized.
• Use tools and equipment safely and correctly.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and complete assigned tasks on time.
• Work professionally at residential and commercial properties.
• Follow company health and safety procedures.
• Perform other related duties required for construction, renovation, cleaning, gardening, and property maintenance projects.
